Subscription & cancellation

What you receive

Subscribers receive access to the full intelligence reports, the subscriber archive and email alerts for meaningful developments detected by the monitoring pipeline.

Billing

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your billing date and payment history are available through the account billing portal.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time through your subscriber account using Manage subscription & cancel. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by applicable law, access continues through the period already paid for.

Refunds

Cancellation is not automatically a refund of a period already paid for. Where a refund right applies under consumer law, it will be handled in accordance with that law and the circumstances of the purchase.
